When arriving to your vacation in the north, ask the tour operation whether he or she has safety instructions to give you made for foreigners traveling in Lapland, Finland. These instructions are available free of charge for example in hotels and other accommodations.

You can call this number for free if you need an ambulance, police or the fire brigade. When dialing 112, first tell the operator who you are and where you are calling from.
